When will my BellyShield order arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Here are our estimated shipping times:
United States and Canada: 5 – 7 business days
United Kingdom: 5 – 7 business days
Europe: 5 – 7 business days
Australia: 7 – 10 business days
New Zealand: 7 – 10 business days
Please note: These estimates don’t include our standard 2–5 day processing time.
Shipping times exclude delays due to customs or clearance processes.
How do I track my BellyShield order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to check your shipment’s status directly from our website.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order is placed, you’ll get an automatic confirmation email. After we’ve processed your order and it’s ready to leave our warehouse, we’ll send you a second email with tracking information.
Keep in mind, receiving this shipping email doesn’t necessarily mean the carrier has picked up your package yet. Use the tracking link provided to follow its movement once it’s in transit.
Please allow 24–48 hours after placing your order for tracking information to begin updating.
I didn’t get a confirmation or shipping email—what should I do?
We send a confirmation email right after your order is placed, and a shipping email once it’s on the way. If you haven’t seen either, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see anything, feel free to reach out to our support team.
My tracking says "delivered," but I haven’t received my BellyShield—what now?
We understand how important your order is. If your tracking shows it was delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:
1- Checking with neighbours, building managers, or family members who may have accepted it for you.
2- Looking in common delivery areas like porches, mailrooms, or front desks.
While we do our best to help, BellyShield is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery. If your package still can’t be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue and start a claim.
My tracking hasn’t updated—should I be worried?
Not at all. It’s common for tracking to lag a little behind the actual status. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 days, please reach out to our support team so we can assist further.
